Phil Kaminowitz
Phil Kaminowitz has been addressing the specialized advertising and marketing needs of the real estate industry since 1976. Phil joined Sky Advertising in 1998 bringing extensive experience in advertising and corporate communications, with a specialty in helping national and international real estate franchises, developers and brokerages.
Phil Kaminowitz holds a Master's degree in Mass Communications from Syracuse University. He is a past vice president and current board member of the League of Advertising Agencies and a respected judge of advertising competitions. He is a popular, return engagement speaker at conventions and sales meetings including those of the Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Group and Sotheby's International Realty.
Paula Davidson
Paula joined the Sky Team in 2003. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Baruch College. At Sky, Paula is the glue that holds the Real Estate Team together. Paula works to give clients the best options for their print and online advertising needs. Paula's responsibilities include client contact, production scheduling, copy editing and proofing, print ad production supervision, online property listing insertions into multiple online media platforms, branding and more.
Kristie Collins
Kristie brought her years of interactive and traditional marketing experience to Sky in 2010. She interacts with clients, recommends media choices, oversees production, edits copy and does much more. As a millennial she has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the web.
Kristie has a BA in Digital Media from the University of Denver. She began her
career as an Account Coordinator/Production Assistant and later served as Network Operations Manager for a national digital entertainment network.
