Bill Steely, President and CEO
Bill is a graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School with a BS in Advertising. He is a "Wall of Fame" inductee at Newhouse, and lectures frequently on recruitment topics and new media. He is a longstanding member of Empactworld and the RAA, the two primary recruitment communications trade groups. Bill founded Sky Advertising in 1989 and Freshjobs.com in 1998. He has 25 years of marketing and communications experience.
Jimmy Cintrón, Vice President Operations
A graduate of the SUNY/Maritime College at Fort Schuyler, is Vice President, Operations. After a career in the Merchant Marine, Jimmy has accumulated 25 years of industry experience, the last 17 at Sky Advertising. Jimmy manages a staff that provides clients with a wide range of services. He personally services national flagship accounts as well as highly visible local accounts. Jimmy is married with a 14-year old son & an 8 year-old daughter. He resides in Norwalk, CT.
