Phil’s goal is to make marketing luxury residential and commercial real estate easy and cost-effective for clients. His specialty: applying his decades of experience to the needs of national and international real estate franchises, developers, and brokerages.

Deeply involved in his profession, Phil has served on the board of the League of Advertising Agencies, judged numerous advertising competitions, and spoken at conventions and sales meetings for the Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Group and Sotheby’s International Realty. His master’s degree in mass communications is from Syracuse University. 

Fun facts: In his spare time, Phil enjoys hiking and adventure travel.
